Hours: 3 - 5 hours per week

Location: Virtual + Portland & Columbia River Gorge

Start: April 2025

In this role, you will be in regular, weekly communication (text, email, phone) with the owner on tasks, goals & timelines. You will have some weekly responsibilities as well as longer term projects.

General Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Management & creation of Social Media posts & Campaigns

  • Improve Search engine optimization 

  • Organize & curate photos & videos 

  • Manage guest reviews

  • Partner & Community outreach & management

  • Website updates 

  • Booking platform updates 

Other projects if interested:

  • Website re-design 

  • Merchandise design 

  • More responsibilities/projects if interested

Qualifications:

  • Organized self starter who can follow a timeline of tasks and work independently 

  • Timely & effective communicator

  • Expert in Social Media

  • Strong in design

  • Experience with SEO

  • Experience with website design/editing, particularly squarespace

  • Experience meeting & communicating with partners

  • Experience managing content (photos, videos, etc)

  • Experience creating content (language, presentations, short videos, etc)

  • Canyoneer preferred but not required
