    This workshop teaches: Building, rigging, backing up, testing and rappelling natural anchors in the Pacific Northwest.

    Teaches best practices in moving safely & efficiently when you are not on the rope. Learn to assess, plan, properly communicate and execute these non technical moves.

    Half day of vertical rope self rescue techniques on a wall

    Half day of aquatic self rescue in pools of varying depth, flow and force
